Exclusivity and comfort are very important to us as a castle landlord. So that you are not disturbed in your time at Schloss Poggelow, we, Hellberg-Domizil.com, only rent the entire castle to you. You are therefore completely undisturbed and can dispose of all the rooms as well as the generous outdoor facilities. Ingenious, isn’t it?

All rooms are included in the price. This includes all rooms as described below and also the wellness department in the basement with sauna and solarium, the indoor swimming pool, a own bar with fireplace and the cozy catamaran with rowing boat on the castle pond , which invites you to enjoy a cocktail in the evening sun.

Panoramic view included: spacious terrace with panoramic view convinces

The castle domicile offers you a large covered terrace with a panoramic view up to the pond. Here you can sit together, enjoy and celebrate. The spacious terrace provides joy at any time of the year.

On another terrace of the castle you will find barbecue facilities. Opposite the castle entrance there is a fenced horse shelter for up to 4 adult horses. So you can take not only your pets (2) but also your horses with you on holiday and go on wonderful rides. Please inform us when booking, because hay and cleaning must be paid separately on site.

Two pets are always free of charge at Poggelow Castle

Two pets can be brought free of charge. For every additional dog or the like 25,- € per week will be charged additionally.

Poggelow Castle is divided into several apartments, which with their luxurious furnishings will make your castle holiday in Poggelow a unique holiday experience.

Up to 20 persons will find enough space in a total of seven lovingly and comfortably furnished apartments, each equipped with its own kitchen or kitchenette. Therefore, the castle is ideally suited for group trips or a holiday with the extended family. On the lower floor there is a large dining room which can be used for celebrations or meetings.

Apartment Kensington

Large living room with TV, DVD. Bedroom with double bed. Large kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC.

Apartment Oxford

Apartment Harwich

Large living/bedroom with double bed. Children’s bedroom with bunk beds. Access to private bathroom via shared kitchen and tea room.

Common kitchen

Here meals can be prepared for all guests. Modern kitchen with stove, fridge and dishwasher.

Tea room

Well suited to enjoy tea, coffee or a drink in between. Direct access to the large terrace.

Fireplace room

Old paneled walls with fireplace. Here you should retreat and read a book or taste a glass of wine with friends and family.

Large Hall with Small Hall

Good place to have dinner. Room for at least 20 people. But also suitable for festivities. In the small hall that joins in the extension you can retire and enjoy a relaxed evening.

Both halls have beautiful oil paintings and stucco ceilings. The large hall is adorned with a large crystal chandelier that provides festive lighting, making every meal a memorable experience.
